Partnerships & Community

Meaningful progress rarely happens in isolation. At Panhandle Farms, we actively cultivate partnerships and community engagement—from academic collaboration to providing public access to our farms through Texas Parks and Wildlife programs.

Research & Institutional Partnerships

We are proud to partner with Texas Tech University, Gordon W. Davis College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources and Doctor Jordan Bell at Texas AgriLife in sponsoring research on water use, soil systems, agronomic adaptation, and environmental stewardship. Through these collaborations, we test new practices at scale, validate data, share findings with the broader agricultural community.

Public Access & Recreation

Beginning with the 2025–2026 hunting season, Panhandle Farms has partnered with Texas Parks & Wildlife through the Dove and Small Game Lease Program. This initiative opens our farms to public access, providing sportsmen and sportswomen across Texas the opportunity to hunt and birdwatch—a gesture of shared stewardship, conservation, and community engagement.

Community & Educational Outreach

We work with local agricultural extension offices, conservation districts, and regional stakeholders to conduct workshops, field days, and demonstrations. Our aim is to make our learning and data accessible — empowering neighboring farms, landowners, and conservation programs with real-world insight and scalable techniques.
